Do you source the bags yourself?

Yes — every item is hand-sourced from a mix of trusted consignment shops and online third-party. It’s not just about finding beautiful pieces—it’s about curating a collection you can truly count on. Each item goes through a thorough authentication process, so when it lands in your hands, you know it’s 100% the real deal.

What condition are the bags in?

Our bags range from fair to pristine condition. Each listing includes clear descriptions and photos so you can shop with confidence.

Please keep in mind that each piece carries its own unique history, often reflected in its imperfections. I take the time to photograph and describe each piece with care, making sure any flaws or signs of wear are clearly shown. I want you to feel confident in what you’re choosing, and to appreciate the beauty in every detail — perfect or not

Pre-loved/Vintage Condition: Items may show general signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the item’s vintage or pre-owned condition.

Pristine:

Showing close to no signs of previous use.

Excellent/ Excellent Vintage:

Lightly used with minimal signs of use and well preserved.

Very Good/ Very Good Vintage:

Gently used with noted signs of wear. Still very wearable and presentable.

Good/ Good Vintage:

Moderate signs of wear/ Noticeable wear consistent with age. Still functional and stylish, with plenty of life left for everyday use.

Fair/ Fair Vintage:

With Visible/ Significant signs of wear, age and imperfections. These pieces have been well-loved.

Order & Shipping

How do I track my order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 2 days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays).

If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia only.

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post.

Due to delays within Australia Post, your order may take longer to arrive than expected. This is beyond our control and may impact the estimated delivery timeframe provided.
We are not responsible for loss of stolen packages or delays in transit.

I still haven’t received my order! What should I do?

You are able to track your delivery via a tracking number provided. If in the rare case you do not receive your item, please contact us at: support@mncluxury.com.au and we will confirm the delivery status with our courier.

What payment method do you accept ?

We accept Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I purchase items from Instagram?

Yes, everything we post on Instagram is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Not everything makes it to our website, so if you spot something you love, DM us on Instagram and we’ll help you out!

How can I change or cancel my order?

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, as we do not accept any amendments once an order is submitted.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, a rearrangement fee will apply.

Once your shipment confirmation email has been sent, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery destination.

Exchange & Return

What is your return policy?

Due to the delicate and unique nature of vintage and pre-loved items, all sales are final. The only exception to this policy applies when an item is verified as inauthentic by a formal authentication report.

We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Please note:

 Pre-loved/Vintage Condition: Items may show general signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the item’s vintage or pre-owned condition.

• Authenticity Guarantee: We guarantee the authenticity of every item sold through MNC Luxury. If any item is proven to be inauthentic, the buyer is entitled to a full refund. 

• Faulty or Unusable Items: While all sales are final, exceptions may be made if the item is faulty or unusable.
Please notify us within 2 working days of receiving your order if there is a problem. Issues raised after this period may not be covered under our quality guarantee. 

We strongly encourage you to:

• Carefully review all product images, descriptions, and condition grading.

• Confirm measurements and sizing details to ensure a proper fit.
